Victoria - owner / designer

VICTORIA FARAGALLI

owner - designer

After graduating with her BFA in Interior Design and entering the field of residential design, Victoria discovered that her favorite space to design in a home was the kitchen. As the setting of most family gatherings and activities, the importance of this room provided her with a welcomed challenge. This is what brought Victoria to Pedini, where she started her design career in 2012. She now lives in Portland, Oregon, and has owned and managed Pedini NW since 2015. She brings a vast amount of technical skills and design knowledge to every project she works on. She is also up to date on all the latest materials, finishes, and equipment for kitchen and bath environments. Victoria’s main objective in design is to make sure that her clients receive a kitchen that is functional, timeless, and beautiful while receiving excellent service every step of the way.

Victoria is very involved in the Portland design community and serves as the President of the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) Columbia River Chapter. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, walking her dogs, and chasing her toddler son around!

Nassira - designer

NASSIRA NOUIOUA

designer

A recent graduate from the Interior Design program at Portland Community College, Nassira acquired three distinguished certificates: Kitchen and Bath, Furnishings, and Aging in Place. While working on finishing school she was also working as a designer at Closet Factory where she worked on an array of projects ranging from small closets to more complicated high-end laundry rooms, closets, and mudrooms. After 2 years of closet design, she realized she needed to design kitchens, not only because they are the heart of the home, but she also wanted to utilize more of her creative design skills and have the opportunity to work with other trades. Nassira’s main objective is to ensure that her clients get their dream kitchens, baths, and closets all in one place.

If Nassira is not designing kitchens and organizational spaces, she is gardening, cooking, organizing her home (or the homes of her relatives), hiking, and drinking Earl Grey tea.

Niamh - designer

NIAMH O’SULLIVAN

designer

Upon completing the Interior Design Program at PCC, where she earned her associate of applied Science in Interior Design, along with certificates in Kitchen & Bath and in Furnishings, Niamh has worked for a number of years in the residential design & remodeling industry. She has gained invaluable experience in all aspects of the design remodel process and had the opportunity to work with the many different trades involved in residential construction. Niamh has always had a keen interest in interiors and space planning and enjoys designing spaces that are functional, practical, and aesthetically pleasing.

Outside of designing, Niamh enjoys spending time with her family and friends, both in the US & Ireland, exercising, volunteering, and baking.

VICTORIA THAYER

designer - showroom manager Seattle

Having achieved an Associates of Architectural Technologies from Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Victoria understands not only the beauty of the home, but also the bones. She has worked for many years in the design industry focusing on different elements such as home furnishings, bathroom remodeling, and whole house renovations. This has given her a deep understanding of the intricacies of project management, spatial design, and meeting client’s needs. She believes design is a form of artwork and self-expression you cannot help but feel when you enter a space. The spaces we inhabit and share with those close to us allow others to obtain a better understanding of who we are; and that design is a way to define ourselves and our lives.

Victoria is honored to be recognized by the National Kitchen and Bath Association as a part of the Thirty Under 30 class of 2025. Individuals who receive this honor are categorized as “the next generation of industry leaders, innovators, and trailblazers” within the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry of North America. Eager to support the community around her; she is an active individual in the Seattle design community as treasurer-elect of the NKBA Puget Sound Chapter and a member of ASID.

In her free time, Victoria likes to gather with friends and family, design her own home, cook, and take evening walks with her husband and pup.
