Phase 1: Exploration & Discovery
Showroom Tour & Consultation Your journey begins with a personal tour of our showroom. A dedicated Pedini designer will walk you through our diverse systems and finishes, helping you identify the styles that resonate with your home’s architecture and your personal aesthetic.
Complimentary Initial Quote Once we’ve identified your preferred direction, your designer will perform an in-home consultation to capture precise measurements. This allows us to provide a complimentary initial quote package tailored to your space.
Phase 2: Design & Development
Bespoke 3D Modeling We transform measurements into a personalized environment. You will receive high-definition 3D renderings of your proposed kitchen, bath, or closet, allowing you to visualize the flow, light, and texture of your future space.
The Retainer & Refinement All services up to the presentation of your quote package are complimentary. To move forward into the final design phase, we require a retainer (typically 10% of the product cost), which is fully credited toward your order. We will iterate on the design as many times as necessary to ensure it is perfect.
Phase 3: Logistics & Precision
The Italian Order Before we finalize your order with Pedini Italy, we conduct a second site visit to verify all technical dimensions. From this point, the lead time for your custom Italian cabinetry is typically 4–5 months.
The Contractor Guide To ensure a seamless transition from design to construction, we provide a comprehensive Contractor Guide, including:
The Contractor Set: Detailed plans with precise electrical and plumbing call-outs.
Appliance Specifications: A full list of your selected Miele or Sub-Zero/Wolf units and their requirements.
Project Timeline: A clear schedule from the factory floor to your front door.
Phase 4: Installation & Beyond
The Installation Excellence The most critical ingredient in a luxury kitchen is the installation. Pedini NW employs full-time, expert installers who specialize in European cabinetry. They work to exacting factory tolerances and are factory-trained to install all major high-end appliance brands.
Total Coordination From the moment your order is placed until the final cabinet handle is polished, we remain at your full disposal. We coordinate directly with your contractors and provide regular delivery updates, ensuring your experience is flawless from the first sketch to the "final course."
