Working alongside one of our long-term builder partners, we set out to create a Bellevue spec home that feels both impeccably clean and effortlessly welcoming. The goal was a fresh, modern aesthetic that flows seamlessly through every room.
In the heart of the home, we paired off-white matte lacquer with rich eco-wood laminates. This combination strikes the perfect balance, offering a soft, airy feel with just enough wood-toned warmth to keep the space inviting. For the home chef, the kitchen and scullery are fully equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, ensuring a world-class culinary experience.
The design details continue into the social spaces: the dining room features elegant LED-lit glass cabinetry perfect for showcasing treasures, while the living room offers sleek floating storage flanking the fireplace. With floating matte lacquer vanities in every bath, this home is a true sanctuary designed for a modern family who loves to host and entertain.
