A Penthouse Reimagined

COSMOPOLITAN CONDO: Kitchen, Bath, Closet design and installation

When the owners moved to a higher floor in their building, they wanted their new penthouse to feel truly distinct from the standard units below. We achieved this by completely reimagining the kitchen’s aesthetic, introducing a sophisticated palette of rich eucalyptus veneers paired with warm "tortora" beige cabinetry. To anchor the space, we installed an oversized island featuring elegant waterfall edges.

The stone details are a true testament to craftsmanship. Using Dekton "Rem" for the countertops and backsplash, we collaborated with Alpha Stoneworks to create a stunning fluted texture—keeping the surface flat behind the range for easy cleaning while adding architectural interest elsewhere. Around the corner, the bar area echoes this design with a wider fluted pattern in charcoal-toned Dekton "Bromo."

The refinement extends throughout the home: the primary suite features a custom Dekton "Awake" countertop with dual integrated sinks and LED-lit Blu Bathworks mirrors. We even gave the primary closet a full overhaul using a vibrant mix of wood laminate and green matte lacquer. Because we know every square inch counts in city living, we also maximized the laundry room with smart, essential storage.
